Worth writing about
- A result here has been superseded. Guidance withdrawn, a trial that failed to replicate, a drug taken off the market. This is the most useful message a health archive can receive and we will note it on the article.
- Something is wrong. A hospital, a region, an official, a drug name, a dose, a figure. Most of this archive came through translation from Italian.
- The risk calculator disagrees with a figure you have. Send the baseline and the reported percentage you used.
- Reuse. Ask before republishing a whole article; a link back is usually all we want.
What we cannot do
We cannot answer questions about your own health. Not a symptom, not a test result, not whether a medicine is right for you, not whether something you read here applies to you. Nobody here is qualified to, and answering anyway would be worse than not answering. Those questions belong with a doctor or a pharmacist who can see your history — and if something is urgent, with your local emergency number rather than with an inbox.
Everything else is usually answered within a few working days.
